After living many years in a beautiful 6000-square-foot traditional Tuscan-style home, our clients had decided it was time to downsize to make their lives more manageable and have time and money for travel and possibly a vacation home. They chose a 1600-square-foot villa that required a complete gut rehab to make it into a glamorous and contemporary home that truly reflected their personal style. High on their list of priorities was a show-stopping kitchen for entertaining, a workout room, lots of storage space and unique and fun special touches, such as the suspended bubble chair we installed in the sunroom. Creative, sleek and fun design made this smallish home live large and with lots of personality.

What they said
“Working with Marcia Moore and her design team on our villa renovation has been an absolutely, incredible experience. Her warm and easy going personality makes you feel as if you have known her for years. She immediately understood our modern style and executed our huge list of “must haves” flawlessly. Her true genius in design, is in all the ways she uses bold patterns, unique materials, textiles and local craftsmen. There is nothing bland or cookie-cutter about her vision. This took our theoretical list of ideas to the next level of artistry; beautifully showcasing each space. We are so thrilled and amazed with the results and 100% recommend Marcia and her team for any type of design project. You will not be disappointed!” – Rachelle Leach & Tom Farnsworth
