Enchanting Urban Villa

After many years in a 6000-square-foot traditional home, our clients had decided it was time to downsize and make their lives more manageable. They chose a 1600-square-foot villa that required a complete gut rehab to make it into a glamorous home that reflected their personal style. High on their wish list was a show-stopping kitchen for entertaining, a workout room, lots of storage space and unique special touches, like the suspended bubble chair in the sunroom. Creative, sleek and fun design makes this smaller home live large.
